About Us

Ife Varsity Saki Students' Union (IVSSU) is an indigenous association for all students of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife that hailed from Saki, Oke-Ogun, Oyo State, Nigeria.

The Union was created primarily to promote unity and togetherness among all members at all levels, enhance their academic excellence in all legally possible ways, attend to their needs , engender social interaction among them as well as to sustain the harmonious structure of our hometown.

We organize annual orientation program for our new members so as to welcome and indoctrinate them into the academic world of Obafemi Awolowo University, organize tutorials for members regarding some problematic courses, and hold meetings occasionally to deliberate on issues affecting us.
